03 / PROCESS
From file to part in 5 steps
The whole process happens by email or WhatsApp. You do not need to know anything about 3D printing: that is what I am here for.
You send the model
Upload your STL, OBJ or 3MF in the order form, or paste a link to Thingiverse, Printables, Drive or Dropbox. If you have no file, send a drawing, some measurements or even a photo of the broken part.
STL · OBJ · 3MF · up to 100 MB
I review and quote
I check that the geometry can be printed: minimum thicknesses, overhangs, holes that need tolerance. I write back with a firm price, a recommended material and a lead time. If something could go wrong, I say so before printing.
a reply within 2 working hours
You confirm and pay
You accept the quote by email. Card or bank transfer; in Spain, Bizum as well. On orders above €200, 50% up front is enough and the rest on delivery.
a VAT invoice is always included
I print and inspect
I set up the orientation and the supports, print, and check the part by hand: I remove supports, verify measurements with callipers and, if need be, reprint at no cost.
I send you a photo when it comes off the machine
You collect it or I ship it
Shipping to any country in the European Union. In Spain you can also collect from the workshop.

Frequently asked questions
- I have no 3D file, can you make one?
- Yes. From photos and basic measurements I model the part in CAD and hand you the file too, in case you need it later.
- What tolerance can I expect?
- ±0.3 mm in FDM and ±0.1 mm in resin. For press fits I recommend leaving 0.2 mm of clearance.
- Do you do short runs?
- Up to 200 units per batch.
- Is my design protected?
- Yes. I neither share nor publish any file, and I delete it when the order closes if you ask me to.
