Purpose
These terms cover the making of parts by 3D printing from the files or instructions you provide.
Quote and acceptance
The estimate on the site is indicative. The firm quote is sent by email after the geometry has been reviewed, and the order is accepted when you confirm it in writing.
Prices and VAT
All published prices include Spanish VAT at the current rate. Businesses receive an invoice with the corresponding breakdown.
Payment
Card or bank transfer; in Spain, Bizum as well. On orders above €200, 50% may be paid up front and the rest on delivery.
Production times
The usual time is 24 to 48 hours for FDM and 48 to 72 for resin, counted from confirmation of the quote. Any different time is stated in the quote itself.
Shipping and pickup
Shipping to any country in the European Union. Workshop pickup is available in Spain only and always by appointment.
Withdrawal and custom parts
Parts are made to your specification, so the right of withdrawal does not apply once production has started, in line with consumer law.
Warranty and defects
If the part does not match what was agreed or arrives faulty, I make it again at no cost. Tell me within fourteen days of delivery, with photos of the problem.
Files and confidentiality
Your files are neither shared nor published, and are deleted when the order closes if you ask. You are responsible for having the right to produce the design you send.
Applicable law
Spanish law applies and, where relevant, European consumer rules.
